Don't believe all those 5 stars review here, they are all from the property management company. Extremely bad experience living here for a year. Property management company is constantly trying to scam money out of tenant. They came in last week to check for property damage, Asking $20 for a light bulb in the stove fan, $200 for a not working microwave. $60 for a leaking sink. These are under normal ware and tare, and are not purposely damaged and should be covered by landlord. Now they are serving N5 eviction notice to every tenant, hoping all students here who don't understand the law will fall for their trap. I mean we are paying $2100 a month, that's kinda premium price here in Waterloo. I don't landlord not willing to fix a light bulb that's cost $5 and change us $20.

Honestly have never been so pleased for a rental move in, Brian was super helpful and provided answers to all the questions I had and followed up throughout the entire move in. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful during the move in.

I went first time as we just moved here last month. There was a girl, she was really helpful. She printed our membership card and explained everything. She took your with us and showed all rooms and courts. I wish I could get her name.

I respect their honesty and dishonesty, two officers stole bottles of alcohol from the suspect and they get got and arrested by their colleagues.

Great place nice splash pad and board games displayed for kids and cozy book area.need to have just more events.overall good place to sit and chat.

Uplus is a perfect & safe place to live. The units are cozy & neat. It provides everything you need to live comfortably & its staff are so helpful & kind. I wish they had another residences in other cities as well. Do not hesitate to come to Uplus if you're looking for somewhere to feel at home!

Iris has always been our “go to person” when selling or buying a property. We recently sold our lake lot on moose lake with her, the listing on the web was very good, she showed how beautiful the lot is as it is right now with the magnificent deck and stairs to the lake along with the perfect fire pit. As well she was able to let perspective buyers imagine how much more could be done with it. As always we are very happy we chose Iris, and as always looking forward to our next adventure!
